Robert Wallace Robert Wallace, a 1982 graduate of Monticello High School, Monticello, Arkansas, and a 1986 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello and 1992 graduate of Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary in Henderson, Texas, is currently serving as President of Youth Frameworks in Henderson, Texas. Wallace served as Youth Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church for over seven years before taking his post at Youth Frameworks. Youth Frameworks is a ministry organization that provides training and resources for youth workers in churches across the world. They also are involved in conducting weekend student conferences in which Wallace serves as the speaker and host. Over the past ten years he has traveled extensively throughout the United States speaking for various youth events and conducting youth leader training seminars. His ministry has also taken him to Eastern Europe, the Philippines and Japan. He also serves as Head of the Department of Youth Ministry and Treasurer at Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary. His responsibilities include curriculum development and teaching the majority of the courses in Youth Ministry at the school. The school is currently in the process of building a Distance Learning Curriculum and will be incorporating the majority of the Youth Ministry Department’s courses.
